We were recently collecting stones, leafs and twigs with my daughter. It has been wonderful how this activity brought her joy and excitement. I was thinking about painting some of these stones preferably in watercolour-like pale colours. I have not chosen to do so yet, as I prefer it in the natural way they already exist. I am thinking how I could make figures to be exciting for most people as I imagine that in most cases bright colours might be better noticed if a small figure is placed in the city. But I am contemplating experimenting with natural earth colours and then noticing the different reactions to the figures.
